Because I’m a native French speaker I do a lot of Voiceover work. One day I was on set and this job came through, they were looking for someone to speak French… so I met the director during my lunch break, went back on set, and got to the studio in the evening to record the actual project.
The song was to accompany the release of a fashion book, and they didn’t really have lyrics for it. It ended up being a thrilling project to work on where I came up with the French lyrics.
Also it’s so fun to watch engineers editing in the studio: I love how their brain works!
